Responsibility to manage the NikeWomen social community in Europe. Main responsibility was to develop seasonal strategies to drive brand engagement on Facebook. The work involved close relationship with the media team to ensure optimized reach, engagement and targeting.

 

I planned seasonal, weekly and reactive plans across Western Europe (seven markets) which involved creative development of European content, localization of global posts and approval of local initiatives. The work involved testing of targeting and creative approaches to optimize the consumer engagement.
