About Me

I have spent the last eight years working in the Digital Brand function for Nike in London and Amsterdam. In my last position I headed up the Lifecycle function for Nike in UK & Ireland, as well as stretching to cover the Snr. Digital Director role in London. In these roles I was leading small but high-performing teams across most dimensions of digital marketing (from data analysts and segmentaion specialists to marketing managers and ops lead) as well as managing recruitment of new talents.

 

I'm known for developing best-in-class consumer journeys for the digital world through benchmark creative executions, and delivering successful strategies that has had a positive impact on key metrics such as retention and CLV.  I’ve got a high degree of data literacy and been driving A/B testing across Nike's ecosystem as well as consulting on the latest marketing measurement framework for Nike UK's brand organisation. I was also fortunate to lead a global pilot to improve personalisation and identify opportunities that would lead to higher user engagement, which has been fundamental in evolving the wider marketing org’s structure and thinking.
